Letter head template simplifies the task of adding few essential lineaments that one usually has to specify within the body of the letter, every time while starting one. This kind of template offers flexibility of customizing a letter head according to the need and details that is needed to be incorporated. However, in order to make the layout more acceptable one has to make proper lineation. Therefore, one must ascertain that the following factors are well maintained while designing a letterhead.

  • If the letterhead is to be used for official purpose, then it is always advisable to make one specific kind.
  • A letterhead used for official purpose must state the name of the organization by which the letter is being presented along with its contact details and a logo (if any).
  • The font color and size has to be chosen in such a way so that it does not impart a vague and unprofessional look to the document.
  • One must ensure to synchronize it with the nature of the document so that its importance does not deter and it does not land up creating a bad impression.
