A lease deal template is a format on which any kind of lease deal agreement has to be drafted. A lease deal is a general lease contract and can cover a wide range of assets, though usually it refers to an agreement between two parties where one leases property owned by him to another, who in turn pays him for using this property. The owner receives a monthly or one-time payment, depending on the duration of the lease term, and lays down certain terms and conditions which must be followed by the lessee. Both the parties also agree upon a notice period which gives both of them time to search for a new place or tenant accordingly.
